What business types do you work with?

We work with trade partners in the beauty space including beauty professionals, beauty stores, cosmetics retailers and distribution businesses.

How do I register my business to be able to purchase?

To register click the registration button above to be diverted to a registration form. Once submitted, our office will review your application within 2 working days. We follow this process to ensure that we are supplying only businesses in the Beauty Trade via this portal

Can a business distribute/ market their brands through your platform?

We believe in building strong and lasting partnerships and require our brand partners to be able to meet certain quality control standards and levels of supply. Should you feel that your brand is the right fit for our network please email your company profile and details of your brand portfolio to marketing@nichegroup.africa

What support do you offer to businesses?

We aim to give our customers ongoing support through education, insights on business structuring and updates on industry news. We also run various rewards programs that give benefit back to our trade partners.

Can I become a bulk reseller of your products to other trade businesses?

We do partner with stores and distributors who service professionals in the beauty trade. Please click the Register Now button above to register your business details and our sales team will be in touch to assist you.

Which beauty industries do you service

Our product portfolio includes product and accessory offerings for professionals primarily in hairdressing, make up. We also have a skin care and teeth whitening products and technology.

Payments and Shipping

How can I pay for my order?

You can use the Payfast portal to pay using your debit or credit card. Payment options include Instant EFT, direct card payment. We also accept payments via EFT (order processing times may be longer).

If you are collecting your order from our office you can pay with your card on arrival.

How do I pay via installments?

We've partnerd with Pay Just Now, a registered FSP, to provide you with an INTEREST FREE credit facility in your personal capacity. If you already have an account with Pay Just Now you login to your profile when paying for your order. If you do not have an account you can create one on the checkout page. Pay Just Now will calculate your payment terms based on assessment of your personal credit profile. Information you share when using the PJN platform is held as confidential between you and the FSP provider, personal credit information is not shared with any memebers of our office.

What are your banking details?

Where do you ship to?

We offer nationwide shipping in South Africa. If you are outside of South Africa please get in touch with us for support.

What Shipping options are available?

We offer 3 options for shipping/ order collections:
1. Courier to you door using one of our reliable courier partners (Average delivery time is 1 - 3 working)
2. Collection from our Midrand office
3. Collection from 1 of over 2000 Pargo pick up points nationwide

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs will vary based on the size of your order or delivery locaton. Our system will automatically calculate shipping costs for you on the check out page.

Returns and Refunds

If you have any concerns with you order including broken/ damaged goods, short delivery, product defect or if you simply need to return an item you purchased on our store you can do so by contacting our office with your order details and details of your request:

Returned goods must be in their original packaging. Opened or used goods can only be returned if there is a defect with the product contents.

Should your return be accepted refunds will be processed in the form of a account credit that can be applied against future orders. Cash credits will only be processed by special request and at the discretion of Niche Group Holdings.
