● Menthyl lactate
Obtained by esterification of the lactic acid with menthol, this compound is able to excite the nerve endings sensitive to cold present on the regions of the skin it gets in touch with, in a similar way to the natural monoterpene alcohol, from which it derives. Compared to menthol, the menthyl lactate induces a longer-lasting (but less intensive) freshness feeling, and it there is a lower irritation risk. The compound can be securely used also on cosmetic products intended for delicate and sensitive skins.
HOW TO USE
Distribute on wet hair, apply with a soft massage on hair and skin, then rinse.
Repeat the operation, leaving the product in contact with hair and skin for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Use also to cleanse the beard.
